Clonal Selection
Several steps are involved in the development of high yield clones of CHO cells. Clonal materials are selected via single cell selection. The stability of each selected high producer is tested over extended periods of time before cell lines are deposited in the Master or Working Cell Bank. We provide this clonal selection service inclusive of culturing cells in suspension in serum-free medium. Cell banking facility is also extended to our clients.

Customization of Medium for Cell Line
It is common knowledge that the volumetric productivity of a cell line could be improved significantly through optimization of the chemical composition of the growth medium. We provide medium modification services and also license out our proprietary medium for the cultivation of CHO cells.
