We provide customized solutions to meet our clients' specific protein expression needs. Once materials have been transferred to us, we do the rest according to the protocols you set; and sub-processes can be adapted at your request.

Gene Cloning Services

• Construction of Conventional cDNA Library
  We can construct a cDNA library with an assurance of full-length clones. Clients must provide quality RNA or deep-frozen tissues or cells. We can proceed with library construction via directional cloning into your choice of vectors.
• Gene Isolation & Expression Vector Construction
  With your sequence information, DNA template and vector, we can isolate the gene of interest, subclone into a chosen vector, DNA mini-prep two independent clones and verify success in both clones via sequencing. Sequencing service is provided by an associate organization.

• Protein Expression in CHO Cells
  We can construct the expression vector, prepare transfection grade DNA, engage stable or transient expression, choose a constitutive or inducible expression and confirm the protein expressed by Western Blot and/or Elisa. Should the protein need to be produced in bulk, our Process Development Division can follow through with high volume bioreactor cell cultivation and purification protocols.

• Gene Tweaking to Enhance Protein Productivity
  Using Inno Biologics' proprietary technology or specific protocols that you have licensed, we can tweak the finer steps of protein production through growth period lengthening or through improved transcription activity.
