INNO Biologics Sdn Bhd (Inno Bio), which provides pharmaceutical production services,
has signed a contract worth RM140 million with a company from India. Under the five-year
contract, Inno Bio will produce the drugs required by the company concerned, said its chief
executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Nazlee Kamal.

Inno Biologics, who has recently launched its first Malaysian cGMP (current Good
Manufacturing practices) biomanufacturing facility in Putra Nilai, today held a post interview
to talk about its GE Healthcare-Inno Biologics agreement. The inauguration ceremony was
officiated by the Prime Minister, Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi on 9 September 2006.
In conjunction with the inauguration ceremony, an exchange of Memorandum of
Agreement (MoA) of the two parties has also been seen during the launch.
