MANAGER - FACILITY ENGINEERING

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Electrical, Mechanical and Mechanical-electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Engineering preferably pharmaceutical.
• Knowledgeable in GMP aspects including design, operation, documentation and validation.
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards.
• Knowledgeable in Engineering works including designing, project implementation and problem solving.
• Experience in managing subordinate and team work.
• Experience in GMP and non-GMP components.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A leader with project management and analytical problem skills.
• Ability to work independently or in groups.

QUALITY ENGINEER
(IBL - NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, calibration and validation.
• Knowledgeable in QA and QC functions.
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

ENGINEERS/TECHNICIANS - ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS / MECHATRONICS
(IBL - NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mecha-tronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1-5 years of working experience with strong technical background.
• Expertise in Siemens PLC Control System including operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Plant Maintenance preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledgeable in steam boiler, HVAC System, Fire Fighting System, Compressed Air System, BAS and plant facility.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2000 Standards.
• Knowledge in GMP requirements is an added advantage.
• Responsible, independent and good interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and a team player.

BIOPROCESS ENGINEERS/TECHNICIANS
(IBL - NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Bioprocess Engineering / Biotechnology / Microbiology.
• Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in related fields.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
• Experience in Bioprocess Engineering (Equipment, Process, Utilities and Products).
• Knowledge in cGMP requirements.
• Responsible and independent.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and a team player.

RESEARCH SCIENTISTS - CELL CULTURE
(IBD - KL/NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry, or equivalent.
• MSc or PhD qualification would be an added advantage.
• Posses excellent understanding in cell culture.
• Prior experience in stem cell culture is an added advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Dedicated and self motivated.

LIFE SCIENCE EXECUTIVE
(BIC - NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Responsible, independent and good interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently and a team player.
• Knowledge in laboratory planning and design.

IN-PROCESS CONTROL TECHNICIANS
(IBL - NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing and/or laboratory environment.
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledgeable in GMP, QA and QC functions.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

COMPANY SECRETARY
(IBV - KL)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum ICSA, MAICSA or lawyer with LS (SSM) license.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified lawyer.
• The person should be able to attend to contracts and legal issues in Company Law.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to interact with people at all levels.
• Resourceful, hardworking, self-motivated, committed and highly organized.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE / IT EXECUTIVE
(IBV - NILAI)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in IT.
• 3-5 years experience in IT environment/industry.
• Self motivated, pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Expertise in all computer hardware & equipment including servers, network devices, video conference system and peripheral equipment.
• Awareness of technology update related to applications, networks and telecommunications.
• Pertinent procedures for installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing applicable software, hardware and peripherals.
• Best practices of hardware handling and software implementation.
• Applicable techniques to explicate technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
• Effective and efficient of time management skills in implementing projects.
• Multitasking and resourceful in performing IT related support and services.
• Well versed in Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems architecture.
• Maintenance of LAN (local area network) and WAN (wide area network), Window Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint and IT backup solutions.
• Basic programming language such as VB and ASP.
• Administration of database like Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access.
• Creative values in using graphic designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.

CORPORATE BRANDING EXECUTIVE
(IBV - KL)

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Corporate Communications / Public Relations / Communications.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience or more in related discipline.
• Wide knowledge of corporate branding.
• Excellent in writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good skills in press release and speech.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team with minimum supervision.
• Able to work long hours.
• Wide knowledge in biotechnology industry is an added advantage.
